Manage a city workspace

Understand roles, city assignments, data quality and the private contact inbox.

Team members sign in with an assigned account. Their role and city access determine which administration tools they can use.

Access follows responsibility

RoleScope
rizicon_adminGlobal access, role/city assignment, contact inbox and feedback.

officerField work and scoped operational access; no analyst management workspace.

A city assignment alone does not grant every action. Both the role and the city scope matter. An account without assigned cities may see an empty management workspace.

A useful review routine

  • Review data-quality issues before relying on dashboards or prioritisation.
  • Keep crossing records and city measure costs aligned with the latest field evidence.
  • Use audit history to understand recorded changes and inspection planning to organise the next checks.
  • Treat compliance summaries as review prompts. Verify the relevant requirements and site conditions with a qualified professional.

Handle private inquiries

Rizicon administrators can open Contacts in management, filter the inbox and move messages from new to in progress, resolved or archived. Notes remain internal. Deleting a message requires confirmation and removes it permanently.

A status change does not send an email. Follow up using your organisation’s agreed process and review retention according to the privacy notice.
